What flooring works best for newer Cumming homes built on a slab?

For Cumming slab homes, most of the newer builds across Forsyth County, engineered hardwood can be installed directly on the concrete using a glue-down or floating method, where solid hardwood can't, because it moves too much with moisture and is meant to be nailed to a wood subfloor.
